Manuel Alvarez Manuel Alvarez has Been in the firearms industry since 1981. He is a Florida K licensed firearms instructor since 1988. A year later in 1989 he started Miami Police Supply. He is a certified Glock pistol Armorer and recognized gun mechanic. He is now a government sales consultant for Miami Police Supply. |

Javier Alonso Javier Alonso purchased Miami Police Supply from Manuel Alvarez in 2002 and to be in tune with the new millennium and reflect a national scope he changed the name to “Police Equipment of America”. Javier is a very respected gunsmith. He specializes in building/modifying AR-15 and other assault type rifles and 1911 pistols customizing them to the specific needs of the customer. |

Miami Police Supply Miami Police Supply was founded in 1988 by Manuel Alvarez. He developed the store to fulfill the needs of the law enforcement community but also kept in mind the needs of civilians seeking protection. The store emphasized customer service in its everyday operations. Today Miami Police Supply continues to fulfill the needs of both the civilian and law enforcement communities and maintains its strong devotion to customer service.
